Confirmation Call
A member of our Event Team will call you the week of your party to confirm final headcount, food selections, and any last details.
Day of arrival
Early Arrival
Party parents and the guest of honor should arrive 15 minutes early to check in at the front desk.
The celebration begins
Reserved Seating Time
Your celebration kicks off in your reserved seating area. Food is served 15 minutes after your start time so everyone can relax, eat, and celebrate without feeling rushed.
After seating time
Game Time
Once seating time wraps, the fun continues with mini golf, laser tag, or both, depending on your package.
Before You Go
The Send-Off
One last round of high-fives for the birthday star before everyone heads home.

How long does the party last?
Guests can reserve a seating area for one hour and usually spend 2-3 total hours in-facility.
Can we extend the booking time?
Pending availability, extra fees will apply.
Do we have to bring anything?
Plates, cups, and cutlery are provided.
Can we bring in outside food?
We do not allow outside food or beverages.
Do we do activities first or do we have time in the reserved seat area first?
